AI drafting and images

The composer can write the post and make the picture. Both land in the editor for you to review, and both are priced in credits, so there is one balance to watch.

Write with AI

  1. 1
    Pick the profiles first
The draft is written for the networks you selected: a 280-character post for X, a longer one for LinkedIn, a caption for Instagram. Select the targets before you open the AI writer.
  2. 2
    Describe the post
Open Write with AI in the composer and say what the post is about, the tone, and anything it must include. Example: “Launch post for our new MCP server integration, aimed at developers, upbeat, with hashtags.”
  3. 3
    Review and edit
The copy lands in the editor, with a separate version per network when you picked more than one. Edit any of them in the preview step before scheduling - nothing is published by the draft itself.

Mention an image in the prompt (“with a picture of…”) and the draft will generate one and attach it, at the image price below. On the free plan the draft still comes back; only the image is skipped.

Generate an image

  1. 1
    Open Generate image
In the composer’s media step, describe the picture: subject, composition, mood.
  2. 2
    Regenerate or edit
A generated image can be regenerated from the same prompt, or edited with a new instruction that keeps the existing picture as the reference.
  3. 3
    Reuse it
Every generated image is saved to the Media Library with its prompt, so it can be attached to another post without paying again.

Through the API and MCP tools the same thing is generate_image; it returns a hosted URL to pass to create_post as mediaUrl.

What it costs

There is one balance. Deliveries, AI drafts and AI images all spend the credits your plan grants each month, and a one-time credit pack tops the same balance up.

The price is on the button before you generate, and a generation that fails is not charged.

Who can use it

Schedulers, Admins and the Owner can draft and generate images, and the credits come from the workspace owner’s balance - a collaborator in a paid workspace can generate images even if their own account is on the free plan. Visitors cannot. Roles are explained in Workspaces, roles and invites.
