Workspaces, roles and invites
A workspace groups connected accounts, posts, brand kits and people. Invite collaborators to a workspace and they see everything in it without touching your billing.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control: billing, deleting the workspace and transferring ownership. One per workspace. |
| Admin | Adds and manages people, connects social accounts, edits brand kits, publishes, and can view the API key. |
| Scheduler | Writes, schedules and publishes posts and uses the AI agent. Cannot manage people or accounts. |
| Visitor | Read-only access to posts, the calendar, brand kits and workspace activity. |
Roles are ranked. An Admin can invite, remove and change the role of Schedulers and Visitors, but not of other Admins. Only the Owner can act on Admins, delete the workspace or transfer ownership.

Leaving, transferring and deleting
Members can leave a workspace they do not own from the Team tab. The Owner can hand the workspace to any member with Transfer ownership; the previous owner becomes an Admin. Deleting a workspace removes its posts, activity log and member access. You must keep at least one workspace, and connected social accounts are not revoked by deleting one; see Disconnect and delete data.
