1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the PostMCP AI services (located at postmcpai.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our applications or local server protocol integrations.

2. Description of Service

PostMCP AI provides a unified social media posting engine and local Model Context Protocol (MCP) server environment. Our service allows you to write, schedule, format, and cross-publish content across multiple social platforms (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) directly or through autonomous LLM agent connections.

3. OAuth Connection Vault

To enable automated posting, you authorize PostMCP AI to link to your social media accounts via OAuth protocol. We store access tokens securely in an encrypted HSM credentials vault using AES-256 standard. You retain full control over your authorizations and can disconnect your credentials instantly at any time.

4. API Usage and Limits

We enforce standard rate limiting and volume quotas depending on your pricing plan tier (Starter, Creator Pro, Developer/Agent). Any attempt to bypass API restrictions or use autonomous posting agents to spam or distribute malicious feeds is a direct violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of service keys.

5. YouTube API Services

PostMCP AI uses YouTube API Services to publish videos and Shorts to a channel you connect. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge that Google’s handling of the data exchanged is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

You may revoke PostMCP AI’s access to your channel at any time, either by removing the YouTube integration inside PostMCP AI or through the Google security settings page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. What we collect from your channel, why, and how long we keep it is set out in §5 of our Privacy Policy.

You remain responsible for the content you publish through PostMCP AI, including its compliance with YouTube’s Community Guidelines and copyright rules. Uploads consume your channel’s share of our YouTube API quota; we may rate-limit uploads to keep the service available to all customers.

6. Limitation of Liability

PostMCP AI provides services "as is." We are not liable for rate-limiting blocks or api suspensions issued by third-party social media networks (e.g. X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube), nor are we responsible for the contents of autonomous posts initiated by your local AI agents.
