Absolutely. You can change plans or adjust billing cycles directly from your dashboard billing tab. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated, while downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
You have three options: buy a one-time credit pack, upgrade to a higher tier, or wait for your next monthly cycle to reset. Credit packs land on your balance immediately and do not change your subscription.
Yes — deliberately. A pack costs 1.5x what the equivalent subscription tier charges for the same credits, because you are paying for flexibility rather than committing to a cycle. If you find yourself buying a pack every month, the matching plan will always be cheaper. Pack credits never expire and stack on top of whatever plan you are on, including Free.
Custom API keys are only supported on the Professional and Business plans. The Free Forever and Starter plans run strictly on our shared, managed models to ensure baseline stability.
