Write, schedule and publish

The composer writes one post per selected profile, so each delivery can be edited, retried or cancelled on its own. What you see in the queue is that list.

The composer

  1. 1
Open Write Post and select target profiles
Connected profiles appear as chips. Select every profile that should receive the post. Nothing is sent to profiles you leave unselected.
  2. 2
    Write the copy
One text is shared across networks by default. Character limits are checked per network before you publish, and you can generate copy or an image from a brand kit inside the composer.
  3. 3
    Attach media
Upload an image or video, paste a hosted URL, or generate an image with AI. Limits are listed below.
  4. 4
    Choose Continue to Schedule
Then either Publish Immediately or pick a date and time and choose Schedule Broadcast.

Media limits

Images can be up to 25 MB on every network. Video limits follow each network:

Managing the queue

All Posts lists every post with Scheduled, Published and Failed filters. From a post card you can:

  • Edit: change copy, media, targets or the scheduled time before it goes out.
  • Publish Immediately: send a scheduled post now, or retry a failed one. Profiles that already received it are skipped.
  • Cancel: remove a scheduled post from the queue. Nothing is charged.
  • Release: free a post stuck mid-publish so it can be retried. Use this only if a post has shown as publishing for several minutes.

Removing a post that already published deletes your record of it. The post stays live on the network; delete it there if you need it gone.

Calendar

Calendar shows the same posts by month, week or day. Press M, W or D to switch views. Drag a scheduled post to a new slot to reschedule it; published posts are locked in place.

What a post costs

Publishing spends credits from the workspace owner’s balance. Each profile a post is delivered to costs one credit, except X, which costs five. A post whose text contains a link carries a one-off surcharge of 50 credits. The composer shows the total before you confirm, and the preflight_post MCP tool reports it to an AI client. Drafts, cancelled posts and failed deliveries are not charged.
