AI agent and brand kits
The AI Agent tab is a chat that can draft, schedule and publish for you. Every post it proposes waits for your approval, so nothing reaches a network without a click from you.

Draft in chat
- 1Open AI Agent and start a chatDescribe what you want in plain language: the topic, the networks, the tone and when it should go out. Example: “Write three launch posts for LinkedIn and X for next Monday at 9am, upbeat, with hashtags.”
- 2Review the draftsThe agent replies with post cards, one per profile, showing the copy and the proposed time. Ask for changes in the same chat.
- 3ApproveApprove a card to schedule or publish it. Approved posts appear in All Posts and Calendar like any other.
The agent uses the same tools an external MCP client does, so it can also check account health, read the queue and reschedule. It spends AI tokens from your plan for drafting and publishing credits when a post goes out.
Brand kits
A brand kit in Branding tells the agent and the composer how to sound. Fill in the voice and tone, a short brand bio, the target audience, posting guidelines, and the keywords the brand keeps returning to. Add reference images so generated graphics match your style. A workspace can hold several kits, which is how an agency keeps clients apart.
| Field | What it changes |
|---|---|
| Voice & tone | How drafts sound. |
| Brand bio | What the model has to talk about. |
| Target audience | Who the copy is pitched at. |
| Posting guidelines | Rules a draft must never break. |
| Keywords | Vocabulary the brand keeps returning to. |
| Brand assets | Reference visuals for generated images. |
Who can use the agent
Schedulers, Admins and the Owner can chat with the agent and approve its posts. Visitors do not see the AI Agent tab. Agent settings and brand kits are edited by Admins and the Owner. Roles are explained in Workspaces, roles and invites.
